"SERVING THE LAST BEST PLACE"

IMG_3524(1)_edited.jpg

Serving "The Last Best Place" makes service our goal at Joe Montana Realty. To best serve his clients, Joseph Lee has a team to assist in all transactions, prioritize the individual's value, and offer his experience in real estate without compromising personability. The purpose of a team is to ensure quality. As a realtor becomes busier, the mounting tasks for the number of transactions can overwhelm the best agent. A team means everyone offers their strengths to ensure the quality of the client's experience and increase accessibility to someone who has answers.

We’ve got high standards

A client is not just a number when working with Joseph. Each family and individual is appreciated long after a transaction. Food means love to most; therefore, yearly Christmas pastry boxes and breakfast or treat drop offs at local businesses and former clients’ are an integral part of the business.

Communication

Transparency, honesty, and someone confidently standing in your corner are what you can expect when entrusting Joseph with your real estate needs. You will not be sold or rushed, but he will work hard to help you reach your real estate goals.

Mission Statement

Our philosophy is simple: We’re here to serve, not sell. We’re committed to providing client-centric, laser focus support to excel at a truly personalized home buying and selling service that separates us from the other real estate brokerages.

After working in the Real Estate Industry year after year, Joseph Lee quickly recognized a need for a different type of Real Estate service to offer in Great Falls. With determination and a vision, Joseph and Linelle Lee eventually cultivated the beginnings of a new era for themselves and their clients. Without compromising their values, they began to build what they now proudly call Joe Montana Realty.  A business solely operated with the client in mind, Joseph put his plan to work. A strategic component to the business had to be a team environment so that their clients could experience a seamless real estate experience. To add a bit of flavor to the client-centric equation, they both decided to spread their gratitude by serving current and past clients Linelle’s appetizing desserts and treats! Serving their community their way, through Joe Montana Realty, has undoubtedly given them something to look forward to each and every day!

Adventure and a love for the outdoors came inherently to Joseph Lee, born in Alaska. He was a boy with a bike and many territories to explore. When he was eight, Joseph's family moved to Great Falls, MT, and the adventures continued. He hiked five days with his dad at ten years old through the Bob Marshall Wilderness. Hockey also became a passion that he pursued along with mountain biking into his high school years and beyond. Always thinking outside of the box, Joseph pursued a career in underwater welding, which gave him the chance to travel. After feeling like his chapter in Louisiana was closed, he returned after Hurricane Katrina and met his wife a few years later. Joseph and his wife, Linelle, moved to Montana to start a family in a place that could foster their love for the outdoors.
After a time of working as a carpenter and later construction in Big Sky, Joseph embarked upon the adventure of real estate. Returning to one of his first passions, Joseph plays and coaches hockey. He is vested in building the hockey community in Great Falls. Joseph works hard and plays hard, with God and family is the center of it all.

People, good conversation, and food are the components of Linelle Lee's ideal career. Originally from Louisiana, Linelle moved to Hawaii, where her family lived. She went to culinary school with her cousin in Australia and opened Strands Cafe in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with her aunt, uncle, and cousin. Being a part of people's lives made it more significant than just serving pastries and chocolates. A few years into the business, a friend insisted Linelle meet this guy. In walks Joseph Lee and the rest is history. Both Joseph and Linelle are opposites in many ways but regard that as one of their strengths as a team. They have joined forces with a common goal of God and family, a desire to serve well, and a pull towards entrepreneurship. Linelle hopes the time and care that go into the food used as marketing reflect our gratitude for local businesses, past clients, and friends.
